As a money service business, we are required by law to have in place policies
regarding the collection and disclosure of "nonpublic personal information"; and
we strictly adhere to this law to protect your information. In the process of
providing you our services, we must obtain certain personal information, such as
name, address, e-mail, and phone number on our "Service Order Form". We believe
that information used responsibly benefits consumers and the economy, whether it
is information we house on behalf of consumers conducting transactions or
information we collect on behalf of our business clients. For verification
purposes we reserve the right to request proof of identification in some cases.
Afro International Ltd Inc collects personal and non-personal information in
order to offer or provide goods and services to consumers and our customers.
Though we make effort to preserve your privacy we may need to disclose personal
information when mandated by law, for example, to Government Regulatory or law
enforcement agencies.
Your right to Opt Out
The "opt out" is your right to tell Afro International Ltd Inc that you do not
want us to disclose your personal information to third parties for certain
purposes. If you "opt out", we will not disclose your information to third
parties except as permitted by law. In general, this means that we cannot
disclose your information to third parties so that they can market goods and
services to you. We can, however, make disclosures necessary to process or
enforce a transaction requested by you or to prevent fraud. We do not disclose
customer information to third parties without first giving customers an
opportunity to opt-out of certain kinds of disclosures. There are some
disclosures to third parties that are not subject to the opt-out, such as
disclosures necessary to effect, administer or enforce a transaction requested
by you, to companies that perform services for us or to prevent fraud.

reference number to allow us to remove you from our list.

Refunds
REFUNDS OF PRINCIPAL AMOUNT and cancellation of the money transfer will be made
upon written request of the Sender if payment to the Receiver has not yet been
made at the time the request is processed by Afro International Ltd Inc. REFUNDS
OF TRANSFER FEES will be made upon written request of the Sender if the money
transfer is not available to the Receiver within the time specified by Afro
International Ltd Inc for the selected service, subject to the hours of
operation that the Service is offered at the Agent location selected by the
Receiver for payment and other special conditions. Refunds will be made within
45 days of receipt of a valid written request from the Sender. Please send
